MyKusina ("the Service") is operated by MiraNext Technologies ("we", "us"). This policy describes what information we collect when you use the MyKusina website and mobile app, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to both the web dashboard at mykusina.app and the MyKusina app for Android and iOS.
Information we collect
Account information
You sign in to MyKusina with your Google account. When you do, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google — we never see or store your Google password, and we do not have passwords of our own.
Business data you enter
The Service stores the information you and your team enter to run your business: restaurant details, ingredients, dishes and recipes, suppliers, purchase orders, inventory, sales, expenses, and team member invitations. This data belongs to you. We use it only to provide the Service to you and your team.
Technical information
Like most online services, our servers record basic request information (IP address, browser or device type, pages requested) for security, debugging, and abuse prevention. The mobile app stores your session token securely on your device so you stay signed in.
What we don't do
- We do not sell your personal information or your business data.
- We do not show ads and we do not share your data with advertisers.
- We do not collect your precise location.
How we use information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
- To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
- To respond to support requests.
- To send essential service emails (such as team invitations). We do not send marketing email without your consent.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of trusted infrastructure providers to operate the Service — for hosting, content delivery, sign-in, and mobile app updates. These providers process data only on our behalf and only as needed to provide the Service.
Data retention and deletion
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and associated personal data at any time on the delete account page (or in the mobile app under Settings), or by contacting us at the address below; we will complete a requested deletion within 30 days. Business records shared with a restaurant team (such as sales and inventory history) may be retained for the team's continued use after an individual member leaves.
Security
All data is encrypted in transit using TLS, and access to production systems is restricted. No method of storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data using current best practices.
Children
The Service is intended for business use and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the Service.
