Delete your account

Applies to the MyKusina web dashboard and the Android / iOS app.

What gets deleted

  • Your sign-in identity — name, email address, and profile picture.
  • All active sessions on every device.
  • Restaurants you own where you are the only member, including every record in them: dishes, recipes, ingredients, inventory, suppliers, purchase orders, sales, and expenses.
  • Your feedback submissions are anonymized.

What survives

Business records in restaurants that belong to a team stay with the team. If you are a member of someone else's restaurant, your entries (sales, expenses, stock movements) remain for the team's books, but they are no longer linked to your identity. If you own a restaurant that still has other members, deletion is blocked until you remove the team or transfer ownership — so a team's books never disappear out from under them.

Deletion is immediate and permanent. There is no recovery or undo.

How to delete your account

  • Sign in on this site and return to this page, or
  • in the mobile app: More → Settings & team → Delete account, or
  • email info@miranext.net from your account's email address and we will complete the deletion within 30 days.
